i totally loved the free juice and water in the minibar. there was a powerful shower that was great after a long day. the rooftop bar was an awesome spot.
the restaurant downstairs closed a bit early two evenings

meh. acceptable, but with issues.
The location was fine for getting to the train station. That part worked out.
the rooftop bar situation was a joke. i wanted a drink, but apparently you need reservations weeks in advance or something? the bar manager acted like i was asking for the moon. it just felt unnecessarily difficult.

the room was stylish it included a fridge that was replenished daily with soft drinks the location was great near transport to the airport and city center staff were friendly and helpful i found it easy to get around without being in the city center itself
the hotel did not provide water bottles in the room

the reception team was friendly and provided a thoughtful gesture with a bathrobe and slippers the staff were consistently smiling and helpful the staff generally provides super good service

the breakfast space looked lovely i did not try the breakfast so i cannot comment on the taste breakfast had various options i saw many close food choices around the hotel including restaurants and kiosks

the hotel is very close to a major train station with tram and bus lines there is a metro station and other public transport options that are super close it is less than 20 minutes by direct train from the airport

safe location train station cold room broken tv
the hotel was in a safe location , rated as upper class by some locals. the train station was a short two-minute walk , and a tram was also available. a starbucks was conveniently located around the corner from the hotel.
the room felt cold even when i adjusted the air conditioning. the tv in the room did NOT work. i found this quite disappointing.
